Most countries have reliable transit systems. Others, not so much.
By placing an order, you acknowledge the risk of your package getting lost, damaged or delayed in transit.

✿ Does it come with shipment tracking?
Yes! Tracking is free and your tracking number will be included with your shipping confirmation email. If you didn't get it, feel free to contact me at [email protected] with your name or order number.
Dear international friends: After leaving the border, United States Postal Service will pass on your parcel onto your local carrier, and tracking updates might seize from there.
Please allow some time for your parcel to arrive, and contact right away if you do not receive your package within 4 weeks.
✿ I made a preorder! Where can I get updates?
I post updates primarily on my Twitter/Instagram page. If there is a major complication such as delays, I will email every individual customer.
Please make sure your phone number and/or email address is active and spelled correctly at checkout!
✿ Do you take refunds or exchanges?
Unless the error was on my part, such as sending the wrong item/quantity, refunds and exchanges are not accepted.
Fragile items are carefully packaged, but what happens in transit is beyond my control.
Still, don't hesistate to contact me if your delivery went wrong! :)
